1. Legal Entity
All services are provided by Solvpreneur Solutions LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered under Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS), UAE, License No. 2541270.01.

2. Services
Activities include:
- Advertising services (7310)
- Specialized design activities (7410)
- CRM and automation systems
- Website development
- Call center related activities (8220)
- Marketing consulting
Services are governed by individual client agreements.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Due to the nature of digital marketing and advertising:
- Results are not guaranteed.
- Revenue growth is not guaranteed.
- Platform approval is not guaranteed.
- Algorithm changes are outside our control.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees are defined in signed agreements or proposals.
- Invoices must be paid within agreed timelines.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Subscription services auto-renew unless canceled in writing.
5. Subscription Terms
For CRM and recurring services:
- Auto-renewal applies.
- Client authorizes recurring billing.
- Cancellation must be submitted before renewal date.
- Chargebacks without dispute process may result in service termination.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Clients own final paid deliverables.
- Company retains ownership of internal systems, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Company retains right to showcase work in portfolio unless restricted by written agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Solvpreneur Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Third-party platform suspensions
- Advertising account bans
- Business interruption
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.
8. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify the Company against claims arising from:
- False claims in advertisements
- Intellectual property violations
- Regulatory non-compliance
- Misuse of CRM systems
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by:
- Laws of the United Arab Emirates
- Applicable Free Zone regulations of Sharjah Media City (SHAMS)
For international clients, dispute resolution may include arbitration or courts as defined in service agreements.
